I began my real estate career in February of 2004 working for a mortgage company in Santa Monica. Since then I have been selling real estate in Hawaii and currently in California. I became one of the tops producing agent earlier on and have been working closely with real estate developers. The awards and accomplishments become meaningful when you have clients turning into raving fans.
My due diligence in anticipating a client's every need, explaining each step of their transaction, and providing round the clock communication has gained me a reputation for making each buyer or seller feel as if they are my only client. My attitude, followed with action, often provides the "glue" that holds transactions together against seemingly impossible odds. Where some might see problems, I see opportunities for resolution.
I also believe in transparency, utmost integrity and doing what's best for my clients no matter what. As a client, you will be provided with accurate market knowledge, pricing, and a marketing plan specifically designed to meet your real estate goals. As a realtor, I have a written contract with my clients. Part of that agreement involves terms like, "good faith," "diligent effort," "looking out for the best interests of the client" etc. I want you to know that I take this very seriously.
The public also demands a high level of service, and it has been my priority to set up all of those systems to exceed buyers and sellers expectation. I've created a responsive team which includes listing and escrow coordinators so that all timelines are updated daily, and provide the best possible marketing exposure for your home.
